Programme

Refugee & Displaced Families Support

Supporting refugees and displaced families as they rebuild their lives.

Open Bridge Community CIC is committed to supporting refugees, people seeking asylum and displaced individuals and families as they rebuild their lives and establish connections within their local communities.

We recognise that navigating unfamiliar services, overcoming language barriers and accessing appropriate support can be challenging, particularly for those who are new to the UK.

Through our person-centred, one-to-one community support approach, we aim to provide a welcoming and accessible point of contact where individuals can discuss their needs, receive practical guidance and be connected to appropriate local services.

Our role is not to replace existing refugee support organisations or provide specialist immigration advice. Instead, we aim to bridge the gap between individuals and the services available to them, working collaboratively with local authorities, voluntary organisations, specialist agencies and community partners.
